The jig is about up for me. Ive been posting for months on here. My landlord has been a saint but he told me today he will have to make a decision about me soon. Hes been so wonderful and lets me stay here being three months behind but he doesn't want it to go any further than three months and now it has.
He wants me to be able to pay a months rent by
03/19/2010 in order to stay here. Things are hopeful for me but I don't have enough to pay him. The total rent is $650 a month. I am seeking a roommate without any luck.
If I had a roommate that would help a great
deal cutting my share of the rent to $325
a month. At this moment I have $200 to my name which is better than usual. I have other bills like an electric bill of $80 which I know is low because I freeze to death not using the heat. I live very frugal. I am not a spender on any luxury items. I think people reading this can tell I am speaking the truth. I know I am. If I could get $300 or $400 by the 19th or before that would save me. I do have someone that is interested in my roommate offer but I hate to bring them in here when there is a chance I will be kicked out. I have been in this same apartment for the last 18 years. I'm a 54 year old single male that is not good at all with dealing with what I have to deal with. I have been selling on the Internet and looking for a job but nobody seems interested in me. I have loads of experience in retail as a buyer and manager and I have a good head on my shoulders. I kept the same job from
1987-2005 when the company closed up. I realize my needs might be frowned on here since I need money. Anyone that can help me I will give back to you whatever I can. You just tell me what I can do for you. Thanks, I love you all.
